Peter’s sermon moves from explanation to exaltation. In Acts 2:22–36, he proclaims Christ with clarity, conviction, and courage. Jesus of Nazareth—attested by God, delivered by sovereign plan, crucified by wicked men, raised by the Father, and exalted to the throne—is declared to be both Lord and Christ. This is not soft preaching; it is sword-in-hand preaching. Peter wields the Word and shows that the gospel is not man-centered but Christ-exalting. The resurrection isn't an optional doctrine—it is the divine declaration that Jesus reigns. The Church is not built on clever stories or personal testimonies, but on the blood, resurrection, and lordship of Jesus Christ.
